Ta’awun Has Come To Stay Says Oluwo As He Urges Iwo People To Stand With Buhari

December 30, 2018 (last Sunday) was a remarkable day in the
history of Iwo and Ta’awun organization. It was a day of joy, a day of victory
and a day Ta’awun organization began to move to the next level. As Oluwo
affirmed that the storm is over for the organization he also urged all Iwo
people to shun any political party that belittles its king.

The affirmation was made in the presence of Governor
Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola and his immediate past governor, Ogbeni Rouf Adesoji
Aregbesola at the closing ceremony of Jama’at Ta’awunil Muslimeen 20th National
Conference that took place in Iwo at Iwo city hall.

Oluwo, after his prayer for Ta’awun organization and its
Ameer for their great contribution to Iwo development, he narrated the ordeal
that transpired during the 2018 Iwo day celebration and how Iwo was made to
lose a sum of 1 hundred million naira as a result of barbaric attitude
displayed by leader of a political party and his group.

He encouraged Ta’awun not to be slightly distracted by those
who have reached their end point and have nothing to offer for Iwo and Osun
development than criticism. He asked the organization to remain focused on its
journey to greatness. “ you are destined for greatness, so you must remain
focused” Oluwo affirmed.
